  • Java and Javascript: Certain pages use Java or Javascript; you must therefore configure your browser by ticking the Java and Javascript boxes in: Options/Network preferences/Languages

  • PDF documents: Use version 3 or above of Acrobat Reader.
    For browsing in Windows 3.x, open Acrobat Reader before downloading the document.
    Do not forget to associate PDF extensions with Acrobat Reader in the general preferences.

  • Font: To visualise our website pages as they have been designed, you must have the following "true type" fonts:

    This table enables you to check whether you have these fonts available
    Font
    (displayed using the font)

    Arial Bold
    Times New RomanBold
    Verdana Bold
    If you do not have these fonts our website’s pages will be displayed using your web browser’s default fonts


    If you use Windows (all versions since Windows 95), the first two fonts should already be present on your system. Verdana should already be installed if you have version 3 or above of Microsoft Internet Explorer.

    If you do not have these fonts, you can install them in addition to others. For help installing them please visit Microsoft’s website at the following address:

    Windows 95 and NT versions for Times New Roman and Arial available on Microsoft’s website have been updated and include the Euro symbol.
