Conform\u233\'3fment \u224\'3f ces exigences constitutionnelles, le projet deloi de financement de la s\u233\'3fcurit\u233\'3f sociale doit pr\u233\'3fsenter uneinformation exhaustive, sinc\u232\'3fre et intelligible permettant auParlement d\u8217\'3fappr\u233\'3fcier pleinement les \u233\'3fquilibres financiers. Or, ensupprimant l\u8217\'3farticle 49, le texte transmis par le S\u233\'3fnat ne permetplus de respecter pleinement cet objectif constitutionnel. Ladisparition de cet article prive le Parlement d\u8217\'3fune informationindispensable \u224\'3f l\u8217\'3fappr\u233\'3fciation des \u233\'3fquilibres financiers et romptla coh\u233\'3frence interne de la partie du projet de loi qui traite desmesures nouvelles ou de leurs cons\u233\'3fquences sur les recettes et lesd\u233\'3fpenses.
