<p style="text-align: justify;">Cet amendement du rapporteur général propose de rétablir l’article 49 fixant pour 2026 l’objectif national de dépenses d’assurance maladie, supprimé par le Sénat.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">En effet, il s’agit d’une disposition obligatoire aux termes de la loi organique relative aux lois de financement de la sécurité sociale.</p>
