<p style="text-align: justify;">Il s’agit de rétablir la trajectoire de la taxe sur les déchets incinérés proposée par le Gouvernement dans le texte initial.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">En effet, la trajectoire qui figurait par erreur dans les amendements adoptés par le Sénat ferait peser une charge financière excessive sur les collectivités territoriales et réduirait l’incitation à privilégier l’incinération dans des installations performantes à l’enfouissement ou à l’incinération dans des installations moins performantes.</p>
