We are delighted to invite you to Paris for the next Conference of foreign affairs committees chairpersons, which will take place at the French National Assembly, from July 20 to July 22 2008.

Three major topics in particular have been selected for discussion :

– the future of the common foreign and security policy and its financing in the context of the institutional changes layed down by the Treaty of Lisbon ;

– the presentation of the mandate of the reflection group dealing with the future of Europe at the horizon of 2020-2030 ;

– the future of the Euro-Mediterranean relations.

You shall soon receive a detailed program together with practical information about the organization of the Conference.
