Après l’alinéa 12, insérer l’alinéa suivant :
« Les procès verbaux établis par ces agents font l’objet d’une remise à l’employeur. »
Le présent amendement vise au respect de la procédure contradictoire en prévoyant une remise du procès verbal à l’employeur.
