ARTICLE PREMIER

I. – À l'alinéa 4, substituer au mot :

« cinq »,

le mot :

« trois ».

II. – En conséquence, après l'alinéa 4, insérer l'alinéa suivant :

« 1° A Un an, si le délit est puni de trois ans d'emprisonnement ; ».

EXPOSÉ SOMMAIRE

Cet amendement vise à rétablir le premier seuil de peine minimale d'interdiction du territoire français, prévu par le rapporteur dans le texte initial.
