Après l’alinéa 10, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé :
« 5° bis À l’article L. 1423‑9, les mots : « un tribunal d’instance » sont remplacés par les mots : « un ou plusieurs juges du ressort de la cour d’appel » ; »
