À l’alinéa 42, substituer aux mots :
« Une convention ou un accord d’entreprise ou d’établissement ou, à défaut, un accord de branche »
les mots :
« Un accord de branche ou, à défaut, une convention ou un accord d’entreprise ou d’établissement ».
EXPOSÉ SOMMAIRE
Cet amendement vise à faire primer l’accord de branche sur l’accord d’entreprise en matière d’astreintes.
