À l’alinéa 142, substituer aux mots :

les mots :
« de branche ou, à défaut, un accord d’entreprise ou d’établissement »
EXPOSÉ SOMMAIRE
Cet amendement vise à faire primer l’accord de branche sur l’accord d’entreprise en matière d’aménagement du temps de travail.
