APRÈS L'ARTICLE
Au dernier alinéa de l’article 7 du code de procédure pénale, le mot : « vingt » est remplacé par le mot : « trente ».
Cet amendement permettra, si le précédent est rejeté, de porter le délai de prescription à trente ans à compter de la majorité de la victime contre vingt actuellement.
