APRÈS L'ARTICLE
Au début de la première phrase du troisième alinéa de l'article L. 5211-49 du code général des collectivités territoriales, le mot : « cinquième » est remplacé par le mot : « dixième ».
Cet amendement vise à faciliter l'organisation des consultations à l'initiative des citoyens.
