Aux alinéas 3 et 8, supprimer le mot:
"salarial"
EXPOSÉ SOMMAIRE
Amendement de précision; l'article 34 conduit à soumettre les attributions d'actions gratuites à une fiscalité patrimoniale. Il n'est donc pas cohérent de parler d'avantage salarial.
