ARTICLE PREMIER
I. – Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 5 :
« II. – Un représentant au Parlement européen qui exerce les fonctions de président ou de vice-président d’établissement public de coopération intercommunale à fiscalité propre ne peut exercer aucune fonction exécutive dans la commune au titre de laquelle il siège à l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale. ».
II. – En conséquence, à la première phrase de l’alinéa 6, supprimer le mot :
« mêmes ».
